Chan Lee is a professor of vocational education and workforce development (VEWD) at Seoul National University in Korea. He is also a vice president of the Academy of Creativity. Prior to his career at Seoul National University, Lee worked at LG electronics in the United States as a human resource development (HRD) team leader. He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in human resources development from The Ohio State University. Lee has been a constant participant at ATD and the ATD International Conference & EXPO for last 13 consecutive years as a speaker and a lecturer as well as a member of the ATD for the conference’s Program Advisory Committee (PAC) in 2010 and 2011. He is a chairman of ATD Korea Summit. He was also an invited speaker for Singapore (2011), Taiwan (2014), Japan (2015), Taiwan Asia-Pacific Summit (2019), and this year’s ATD Virtual Conference. He contributed to the books such as Implementing on-the-Job Learning, part of the ATD in Action Series and Destination Facilitation from ATD Press. .
