Robert Havlicek has over 41 years of government service.  He left the Army after 12 years to become an employee of the Department of Army as an instructor at Ft. Knox, Kentucky.  At present time, he serves as an authoritative consultant and primary educator in the area of quality assurance/evaluation and education methodology for the Engineer proponent schools and their functional areas.
Robert obtained his Master of Arts in Human Resource Education from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
In the past, Robert has trained U.S. Army and foreign military students.  He has analyzed, designed, and developed training materials.  He also conducted research, statistical analysis, and utilized evaluation measurements and software instruments to predict effectiveness/efficiency of training implementation, and relevance of training/products to the operational environment.
