Charles Wilhelm has over 30 year’s government service.  He retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 with 22 years of service.  Shortly after retirement, Charles joined the Department of the Army civilian team in different capacity as a Training Specialist for the Engineer Quality Assurance Office where he conducts evaluations of the Active, Guard and Reserve Component training institutions.
Charles obtained his Bachelors and Masters in education from Drury University after his retirement from the Army to further his education experiences.  Charles also has two associate’s degrees and numerous certifications that are related to curriculum development and implementation for the Army.
Charles has served in numerous leadership and management positions that provided oversight and implementation of Army training programs throughout his government service.  Charles has trained Officers and enlisted personnel in engineer doctrine, and prepared Soldiers for combat operations in Iraq and other theaters of operation. Charles has also received numerous awards and decorations throughout his time to include the esteem De Fleury medal from the Engineer Regiment.
