Metalog Training Tools help people build the skills they need to work together more effectively.
Grounded in contemporary learning theory, they provide a fun and engaging way for developing essential soft skills through interactive experiences.
The tools are beautifully crafted and can be used for a wide variety of learning objectives - from simple icebreakers to more focused topics such as cross-functional collaboration, change management, process improvement, systems thinking and more.
Metalog was founded in Germany more than 25 years ago. Founders Tobias and Daniela Voss were working as trainers with some of Germany's largest companies when they started to incorporate interactive learning methods such as games and experiential activities into their work. They quickly discovered that using games ignited learning for their participants more efficiently than conventional training methods, and Tobias began to design his own games.
Today, there are more than 70 tools to choose from as well as Tobias' groundbreaking book, Transform Your Training, The Metalog Method.

PerspActive shows how it is essential that we combine our individual perspectives to agree on where we are and where we want to go. Only then can we expect to make real progress and ultimately achieve our goal.
CultuRallye is a tool for exploring how we interact with each other in the face of change. The “culture” shock people experience during this activity can be a metaphor for dealing with change in any context where people are encountering new rules, norms or practices.
Scenario Cards support learning by enabling facilitators to quickly pinpoint core issues. They make it easier for participants to recognize and talk about these issues, and bring people a step closer to open dialog. Two editions are available: Team & Organization and Stereotypes & Diversity.
