Associate Director, Enterprise Learning, Humana

Anne M. Scott is a workplace learning and development professional with more than a decade of experience in instructional design, e-learning and classroom course development, facilitation, and training project management. She is currently a Learning Technology Consultant with Humana’s Employer Group Sales Training team.

Anne served as President of ASTD's Smoky Mountain Chapter in 2013, having previously served the chapter for several years as VP, Technology. Anne has presented at ASTD and eLearning Guild conferences on best practices in using online technology (webinars, social networking, and SharePoint) for learning and development.

Mark Britz

Manager of L&D, The eLearning Guild

Mark Britz specializes in solving organizational performance problems. For more than 10 years he's led the design and development of e-learning courseware, instructor-led training, and blended learning. Mark promotes the use of collaborative technologies and user-generated content to extend training initiatives, enhance peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and encourage informal learning channels.

A former President of CNY ASTD (2011-12), Mark has encouraged member's growth in knowledge and skills regarding social media for learning. He has been a presenter for both ASTD Techknowledge and the eLearning Guild and regularly speaks locally on social technologies and social learning. Mark also serves as an Advisory Board member for eLearn Magazine and holds a Master’s Degree in Inclusive Education from Syracuse University.
