Competency models, which define the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for success, provide a shared definition of "what good looks like" to better target your talent and training investments. How can you convince those in authority to buy into this strategic roadmap for high performance?

Learn about what competency models can do for you and your organization, and how you can obtain the necessary sponsorship for competency model investments. With effective buy-in, your competency models will enhance organizational performance and promote strategic alignment.

You will learn to:

  • Identify high priority competency model initiatives.
  • Obtain and sustain buy-in before, during, and after competency model development.
  • Target your messaging to key stakeholders to promote competency model success.
