Host: Association for Talent Development
By: Koreen Pagano, Director of Enterprise Product Management, lynda.com

Learning professionals often mistake learning metrics for business metrics. Attendance rates and ROI are great indicators of a training program’s internal impacts, but often are irrelevant to an organization’s competitive goals. Koreen Pagano, director of enterprise product management at lynda.com,  explains how to compile and share metrics that expose greater value.

After this session, you will be able to:

  • think beyond ROI
  • translate training benefits into the language of business
  • frame learning as a competitive advantage.
