The concept of Agile is appealing in a training initiative, but not always successful in implementation. How can we be more agile in our project management techniques to increase the speed of the design and development process while protecting our timeline and budget? This webcast will focus on a modified Agile model and the project management tools and techniques needed to be successful.

In this webcast, you will use:

  • social contracting for team and stakeholder alignment
  • team-based portals for project tracking and updates
  • the stage gate process to protect your timelines and budgets.
