While we are bombarded with information and documentation available on Project Management in traditional fields such as engineering and software development, Project Management as it relates to curriculum and training projects are often times managed using tribal knowledge or unwritten rules.

We all know that curriculum development has its own set of challenges. Project managers find themselves improvising the traditional project management practices to manage their company's training deliverables. This webcast offers best practices on effectively managing curriculum projects, specifically technical instructor led projects and shared best practices.

Attendees will learn:

  • The development life cycle overview
  • How to plan for your curriculum projects
  • Phases and milestones in development life cycle
  • Project management best practices for curriculum projects
