Her background is in the healthcare industry, with a focus on improving the overall experience for her customers, patients, and residents. Sharolyn Balsley joined TouchPoint Support Services in 2011 and is currently the director of customer experience. She holds a bachelor of science from Iowa State University and a master of science from Middle Tennessee State University. She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and support services arena and describes herself as a lifelong learner.
