Millennials are those born between the early 1980s and the early 2000s; they’re anywhere from 16 to 35 years old. According to The Council of Economic Advisors, they represent one-third of the total U.S. population and will shape our economy for decades to come. Millennials work differently from the generations that preceded them:

  • They are technology natives.
  • Their expectations for where and how they work are different.
  • How they learn is different; typical classroom settings for training may not be effective.
  • What motivates them is different; work and personal life aren’t as clearly separated as they used to be.
  • They tend to be job-hoppers.

Join us for this webcast and learn how all the above is affecting your workplace in more ways than you can imagine. Learn to better understand your current and future workforce and how to maximize their potential. The implications for your company will be far-reaching and long-lasting.
