Talent analytics continues to be a practice that most HR leaders believe is an aspiration rather than a reality, particularly for predictive analytics. The real purpose of using advanced analytics is to simplify and clarify, not complicate your talent strategies. Additionally, the strategic credibility of human resources professionals is often rapidly advanced by embracing an analytics mindset and leveraging data to make better talent decisions. Data and analytics is shaping and evolving the way people think about making decisions in many areas of their life and business, and HR must evolve as well.
Whether your aspirations include building more meaningful metrics, providing interactive dashboards, or using predictive models to address critical talent challenges, this webcast will go beyond a focus on technology and tools, and provide HR leaders at each stage of their analytics journey with recommendations to drive business impact using data analytics.
During this webcast, we will discuss:
Cornerstone’s analytics thought-leader, Jennifer Burnett, will provide you with practical ideas and actionable solutions to unlock these enabling factors necessary to successfully execute a winning talent analytics strategy.
