Jacque Burandt

Executive Director, University Health System

Jacque Burandt is the executive director of the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health System (UHS) in San Antonio. She is responsible for workplace talent development for more than 7,000 employees at 27 sites. UHS has won an ATD BEST Award six times and the Chief Learning Officer LearningElite award four times.

Additionally, Jacque is chairwoman of the ATD Public Policy Council and vice chairwoman of Strategic Planning for Workforce Solutions Alamo. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
