Join us to hear an update about the newest certification in the talent development field: the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD). The ATD Certification Institute launched this new certification in September to meet the needs of early-career professionals and those with a narrower focus in their talent development work. Join us to hear about some of our early findings from pilot students, and see if this credential is right for you!

This session will include:

  • an overview of the APTD program and how it can help professionals distinguish themselves from their peers
  • how the APTD serves as a stepping stone to the profession’s premier credential, the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance
  • the core competencies of talent development covered by APTD, based on the ATD Competency Model
  • demographic results of the first administration.

Join us to learn more about this exciting new credential available from the ATD Certification Institute.
