If you think you would like to pursue a certification in the talent development field, but you’re not sure which one is right for you, join us for this webcast. We will cover the basics about our newest certification: the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) as well as our premier certification: the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Both Jennifer Naughton, the senior director of credentialing at ATD CI who oversees ATD’s Competency Model research and the CPLP certification program, and Holly Batts, the senior project manager developing the APTD, will be on hand to answer your questions and compare and contrast the two credentials.

This webcast will include:

  • an overview of the APTD program, including the topics covered and description of the process
  • an overview of the CPLP program, including the competencies covered and description of the process
  • a comparison of the two credentials
  • time for Q&A with our presenters.

By the end of the webcast, you will be able to make an informed decision about which program is right for you. Join us to learn more about both of the certifications available from the ATD Certification Institute.
