Alissa Weiher currently serves as the senior talent development manager at Cochlear Americas and has more than 10 years’ experience in talent development. Alissa joined Cochlear in 2012, filling a pivotal role that facilitates professional growth from within the company. As an expert in adult learning, she is versed in all aspects of the practice and specializes in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation. Alissa leads a team of six learning professionals and works collaboratively with her colleagues across the globe to drive learning solutions to meet the organization’s strategic initiatives. Alissa received her master of professional studies in organization development, training, and learning from the University of Denver.
Elise James-Decruise oversees internal and external training initiatives, certification, enterprise education, and global program development at MediaMath through the New Marketing Institute, where she leads a global team of 29, touching 16 different countries. She joined MediaMath in January 2012, bringing with her 15 years of experience managing, facilitating, and building targeted training programs from the ground up.
Mary Ann is an industrial/organizational psychologist and started her Home Depot career in organizational effectiveness, assisting in developing selection assessments and processes. She moved to learning in 2012 to work as an instructional designer and became manager of learning design in 2016, leading a team of nine instructional designers. Prior to her Home Depot career, Mary Ann was a professional ballroom dancer for more than a decade, teaching and coaching dancers from beginner to pro and competing throughout the United States.
Rachel Hutchinson is responsible for needs analysis, solution design, and measurement within Hilti. This includes consulting with business functions to diagnose performance gaps, determine which are critical to the business’s success, and work with development teams to design, develop, and implement solutions to overcome these gaps. She is a CPLP and holds a master in business administration with an emphasis on data analytics from Oklahoma State University. As a huge virtual team proponent, she recently moved to a mountain cabin in Colorado, from which she works with her team across the globe.
