Healthcare workers want to do their best, but working in a complex system without the right tools can lead to frustration and even bullying, affecting interpersonal dynamics. Workers need a talent management tool that will both facilitate collaboration and humanize the workplace. This webcast will describe how an efficient performance management and talent management program can combat workplace bullying and toxic work environments, leading to a championship culture. Greg Hunter is the co-founder of ManageUP PRM, an operational management platform designed to humanize the workplace. He has worked with numerous organizations around the country for over 25 years.
Greg studied graphic design at the University of Georgia and later attended Gwynedd Mercy University with a focus on radiation oncology.

Morgan Nestingen is a veteran oncology nurse leader, educator, and industry consultant. She is passionate about harnessing technology to improve the way we deliver healthcare across systems. In partnership with ManageUp PRM, Morgan provides clinical expertise, platform evaluation, and use-case development.

Morgan is active in the cancer community at local, regional, and national levels. She serves in several nursing organizations and is dedicated to the work of expanding care coordination and charity services to cancer patients. She is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver’s Clinical Nurse Specialist program and serves as affiliate faculty for Regis University’s undergraduate nursing program.
