Managers today are under a lot of pressure—pressure that often has unexpected consequences. More than 60 percent of employees who leave an organization do so because of their manager.

Keep your team engaged. Equip your managers to successfully lead and develop their teams.

ATD and Yale’s School of Management invite you to the ultimate management development experience. Network and collaborate with leaders from around the world as you sharpen skills that will develop your team, increase performance, and improve organizational results. Attendees will not only walk away with an enhanced skill set, but also receive a Yale School of Management certificate.

This webcast will provide an overview of the ATD/Yale Foundations of Management Excellence program, which will take place August 15-18.

David Pramer

Director, Client & Curriculum Development, Yale School of Management

David Pramer is a director within Yale’s Executive Program, where he specializes in developing programs that deliver transformational changes by combining educational sessions with experiential activities to practice and solidify learning focused in real-world situations. He leverages Yale’s faculty to teach on subjects including leadership, management, culture, personal reflection, decision making, ethics and integrity, communication, relationships, and other management-related topics. Before moving into executive programs, Dave spent two years at the Yale School of Management in the career development office as a senior associate director. There, he coached MBAs in developing a career focus and in pursuing career options. It was an excellent experience for learning how Millennials view careers and launch themselves into the workforce.

Prior to Yale, Dave spent 29 years at Accenture, the global management and technology consulting organization, and 19 of those years as a partner and managing director. Dave served 1,000 clients around the world, where he applied technology solutions to build new capabilities and transform organizations. In addition to quality assurance and ultimate delivery of all systems integration projects over $2 million, Dave was responsible for career definition, individual skill development, and organizational capability development.
