Lead by the director of ATD International, Wei Wang, this webcast will help new and returning attendees from outside the United States navigate the conference and network with attendees from more than 90 countries. The session will include tips shared by experienced attendees and highlights of special events and services for international attendees.
Wei Wang is the director of International at ATD. In this capacity, she manages ATD International strategic partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community. Wei’s other role at ATD is manager of the global perspectives topic. In this role, she supports professionals around the world for them to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues.
Wei holds a PhD in human resource development from the Pennsylvania State University, and a master's degree in management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Wei speaks Mandarin and English.
