Thursday, June 21, 2018 2:00pm - 3:00pm EDT
Host: Association for Talent Development
By: Jenn Labin, Principal Partner, TERP Associates

Most of us have heard "It's not what you say, it's how you say it." When working within a mentoring relationship, equally important as the "what" and the "how" is the "when." Good mentoring relationships are built on trust and respect, and one of the most effective and efficient ways to build these qualities is through timely, applicable, and clear communication.

In this webcast, you will learn:

  • best practices for the timing and purpose of key communications
  • how to share effective messages and important information in a way that will resonate with and empower your mentee
  • tips and tools that will help you keep things on track.
