Laura is an internationally recognized expert in change and the future of work. She has spent over twenty years as an innovator, speaker, coach, and advisor. Her global perspectives on workplace dynamics and change have earned her the reputation as someone who can create positive outcomes in even the most challenging workplace dynamics.

Leveraging extensive experience as an entrepreneurial technology leader and global workforce change expert who is always looking for an innovative way to challenge the status quo, she is a valuable asset for organizations that are working on transforming from smaller to larger size, or on change management initiatives and organizational development. Her broad areas of expertise include research, human dynamics, executive coaching, strategic change, organizational transformation, global workforce innovation, and interactive cinematic micro-learning programs.

Laura has authored, hosted and produced ten internationally distributed cinematic micro-learning programs for business and industry, she has hosted three television shows and a national radio program. She and her business partner are pioneer producers of Cinematic Micro-Learning programs that leverage film-making methods, coaching and storytelling into a designed process that drives true change.

Laura is the award-winning author and producer of the book “Seeing Red Cars: Driving Yourself, Your Team and Your Organization to a Positive Future, and the Creating a Mindset for Change cinematic micro-learning program” It’s the culmination of her dynamic philosophy, and two decades of research on trends and the future coupled with extensive experience in business.
