Blended learning is a buzz phrase in L&D, and it’s one that deserves attention. Using a blended learning approach means providing course content in a variety of formats—including videos, games, virtual reality (VR) activities, basic documents, and e-learning courses! You can mix and match many delivery formats to create a learning environment that is engaging and cost effective.
Blended learning courses often include classroom or virtual classroom training experiences. But other content is used to augment and enhance the classroom. You may even deliver the same course content in multiple delivery formats so learners can choose how they want to learn. Blended learning gives L&D professionals the flexibility to use every type of course content to best serve the learner’s needs.
