Winsor Jenkins is President of WINSOR JENKINS & Associates, LLC based in Portland, Oregon. His company specializes in leadership and team development including coaching.
Winsor’s extensive experience (30+ years with 3 Publicly-Traded Companies) has given him the knowledge, insights, and tools to help people and organizations achieve results. As a leader who served in senior Human Resources positions (including Vice President) and contributed to the professional development of business executives at all levels, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to lead in today’s changing global business world.
Along with holding coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Winsor is a certified facilitator in several best-in-class leadership development training programs including Situational Leadership II. He’s also certified in various assessments used in coaching such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs), EQi-2.0, and Polaris 360.
Winsor is the author of the book, The Collaborator (2007), contributing author of the book, Focus On Them (2018), and co-designer of a new team development training program, The Collaboration Game™.
