Adam Smith is a senior consultant and executive coach. He has more than 25 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, organization consulting, and executive assessment and recruitment. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies in various sectors, from industrial, life sciences, healthcare, agribusiness, hospitality, engineering, construction, and consumer products to nonprofits, private companies, and startups. Adam completed an MBA (with a concentration in organization development) at Johns Hopkins University, studies in industrial/organizational psychology at George Mason University, and a BA in English literature from the University of Mary Washington. He received his Leadership Coaching education and training at Georgetown University, holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation, and is a certified coach assessor with ICF (PCC) and Georgetown University.
