Is it possible that you would be a better person, a better leader, if you had full control over the variables affecting your life? Unfortunately, things like the economy, the weather, traffic remain beyond your ability to change. But you do have control over one important thing: how you respond and react to the stimulus from another human being. Regaining control of this element of your life will make you a better leader in our frenetic world.

In this webcast, bestselling author Charles Fred will present research showing how stress influences organizational performance and how quickly stress can spread via technology. He will introduce the discipline of pause as a required leadership competency and will explain why you should decide to pause, which could have a profound effect on your life and how you lead.
