After a year-long research project and thanks to many of you who completed the occupational survey and participated on our expert panels, ATD's new Talent Development Capability Model was recently unveiled. As ATD CI credential holders, you are probably wondering how the changes to the model will be incorporated into your CPLP or APTD. Please join us for a private webcast to learn more about how the changes will affect your ATD certification.

During this webcast, we will cover:

  • a brief overview of the ATD Capability Model
  • how the new model will be integrated with the ATD CI certification process
  • how the changes will affect recertification.

When you register, please submit a question that you are hoping the presenters will answer during the webcast.
