DEMO: Building Cultures of Employee Growth and Development

Monday, November 16, 2020 2:00pm - 2:30pm EST
Host: Association for Talent Development
By: Chris Coffman, Senior Director of Product Management, Bridge

Join Bridge as we discuss why developmentally minded cultures share two traits: first, their employees, managers, and leaders are continually learning how to help each other grow; and second, these cultures create space for feedback, upskilling, goal-setting, and conversation.

In this demo session, Chris Coffman, senior director of product management, will show you how to use Bridge's learning and performance platform to make development a habit and to foster learning at your organization.

During this demo session, you will learn:

  • Why connecting learning and performance strategies is key to organizational alignment and employee development
  • How to eliminate complex processes and simplify L&D solutions
  • Why culture, conversations, and feedback matters and how Bridge can scale, track, and deliver insight to help achieve these strategies
