The need to disperse training globally and deliver a consistent message has increased the use of video in workplace learning, according to a new Association for Talent Development research report. More than 86 percent of survey respondents reported that the amount of learning video their organization makes available has increased over the last five years, and 91 percent expected it to increase over the next five years.
Drawing on figures and data from the research, this webcast will explore how businesses use learning video in TD programs. It will also identify learning video practices associated with high-performing organizations. Specifically, the webcast will cover drivers behind the use of learning video, practices for learning video into TD programs, and the benefits of making some learning video available for external audiences.
