Pat Reyes brings more than 25 years of experience with global Fortune 100 companies in the financial services, insurance, pharma, and telecom industries. She has led organizations as well as change efforts in finance, global operations, shared services, procure to pay, customer service and call centers, systems process improvements, new operating models, and future state support organizations. Pat has partnered and led several enterprise-wide transformational initiatives during significant change in the insurance, pharma, and telecommunication industries. She also taught at the graduate level as an adjunct professor, with a focus on leadership, organizational change, and business for more than 14 years. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in change and organizational leadership.
