The 2021 State of Healthcare Training is a new report from ATD Research that reviews trends, spending, and activities in healthcare. In this webcast, we’ll discuss key benchmarks from the report, such as:

  • Training expenditures
  • Learning hours used per employee
  • Distribution of mandatory and optional learning hours
  • Instructional strategies and techniques

The webinar will also explore measures taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic by talent development functions in healthcare organizations.

You do not need to have read the report to understand and attend this webcast. The report will be available in February at td.org/research-reports.
