Many organizations are great at marketing their values to the outside world, but few are living those values inside the organization. Organizations that aren’t walking the talk face widespread burnout, high turnover, loss of brand equity, and more.

Join TED’s Director of Speaker Coaching, Briar Goldberg, in conversation with Sara Venjohn from the TED@Work team, as they examine what it means to live by your values. Learn why clear and human leadership communication is the crucial starting point and the role learning teams can play in what happens next.

During this event, you will learn how:

  • TED’s approach to executive-level communication sets leaders on the right path to living up to their organizational values
  • Learning teams can make a case for what it looks like to live by values in the organization
  • A multimodality learning strategy can foster more connection, inclusion, and authentic discussions around those values
