David Ealy, EdD, has more than 20 years of experience within talent development, specializing in learning management systems (LMS) technologies. This experience includes LMS selection, implementation, optimization, migration, and advanced reporting and administration. David even built a SCORM-conformant LMS for a Fortune 500 company. He has performed learning technology consulting for such clients as Intuit, Cisco, DaimlerChrysler, Ryder Systems, Sun Microsystems, Volkswagen, and many more. David is also a highly skilled instructional designer/developer and learning project/program manager. David holds a master’s degree in safety management and a doctorate in technology education from West Virginia University. He is also PMP certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI). David lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
