In this webcast, T+D Editor-at-Large Pat Galagan will review trends that are taking learning out of the classroom, changing the roles of learning professionals, and calling some popular practices into question. Drawing on her Trends feature in the December issue of T+D magazine and her bi-monthly trends columns, Galagan will review recent research in the learning field and share the views of experts she has interviewed on topics such as the neuroscience of learning and why there aren't more women CEOs. She also will be asking participants to share some trends in L&D that they have observed. The webcast will convey information that will help participants better understand major trends in the L&D profession and begin 2014 with a high-level picture of changes to anticipate.
