Vince Molinaro is Managing Director of the Leadership Solutions Practice with Knightsbridge in Toronto.

Vince has devoted his career to helping organizations build the leadership capability they need for successful strategy execution. During his time at Knightsbridge, Vince has assumed more senior consulting roles and now leads the national leadership practice. Prior to Knightsbridge, Vince ran his own consulting practice and held internal roles responsible for leading the learning and leadership function.

He is an advisor to C-Suite leaders, senior executives, and boards in the areas of building strong leadership capacity needed for organizational success, creating strong leadership cultures, succession, and team effectiveness.

Vince has worked with organizations in various sectorsâ€â€including energy, pharmaceutical, professional services, technology, financial services, and the public sector.

He is called upon by the media for his innovative opinions on leadership. An engaging speaker, Vince conducts keynote presentations within corporations, international conferences, and business schools. Vince has also published extensively in journals and business magazines. He is the co-author of two books: Leadership Solutions, and The Leadership Gap.

Vince received his Doctorate from the University of Toronto and has degrees from Brock University and McMaster University. He is also a Certified Management Consultant.
