Kelly Gonter has worked in the field of Human Resource Development for over 18 years. She has experience in organizational development, training development, career development, project management, and operations management. Currently, Kelly is a UPS manager responsible for a team of design professionals and manages training design and development for UPS's Corporate Leadership and Talent Development department. Kelly possesses a Master of Science degree in Instructional Systems Design as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development both from Georgia State University.

Director of International Training & Development, UPS

Stephen Jones has been employed by UPS during his twenty-three year professional career. Currently he is the Director of International Training & Development with responsibility for the development of training curriculum for the leadership development and job specific skills in over 200 countries around the globe. He began his career as a un-loader from which he was promoted into part-time operations management, and then went on to other responsibilities as a full-time driver, and management roles in Industrial Engineering, Sales, Package Operations and Human Resources. He earned a BS degree in Applied Physics from Weber State University, MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
