Performance improvement is a mandate at BB&T. Join us and hear how BB&T, ranked number 2 in the 2013 BEST Awards, is applying human performance technology to achieve real impact. BB&T’s Performance Architecture team serves as performance consultants to the enterprise and addresses organizational needs that include and extend beyond knowledge and skill. They accomplish this by analyzing motivation, instrumentation, and information spanning three levels of the performance system: work, workplace, and worker. Find out why BB&T’s senior leadership is so pleased with the initiative and how they discovered that not all solutions require training!

Key takeaways for webcast participants include:
•  How to extract empirical and measureable evidence
•  How to adapt processes and statistical models to create the right framework for each business case
•  How to position your learning organization as a valued, trusted, and consulted business partner.
