Elizabeth oversees the design, development and implementation of instructor led, virtual, and digital training for the R1RCM employee base and client front-line users through the Global Business Services organization. She leads the strategy for digital learning programs for field operations across the organization, and is responsible for training of all new hospital and physician revenue cycle clients, including the deployment of standard processes and technology.
