A long-time General Mills learning and development associate, Sharron Northern focuses on establishing supply chain standards for L&D processes at General Mills, transferring those best practices globally, and launching new technology solutions to increase work process efficiency. She partners with the functional leaders in sourcing, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing to create centralized access for employee skills development.
