Janice is President and co-founder, EI Advantage. She brings over two decades of experience on governance, corporate strategy, and organizational development working at an international level. She is a Chartered Professional Human Resources and has achieved the Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation. Her core values include social responsibility and servant leadership. She proudly serves as Chair of the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba.
