Among the many core elements of talent and career success, emotional intelligence is the critical distinguishing factor for advancement. Furthermore, it’s no longer just for leaders. Emotional intelligence (EI) is strongly associated with essential skills required for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has been shown to positively influence team productivity, leadership effectiveness, individual, and overall business outcomes.

Both the president and the co-founder of El Advantage work with individuals and companies to help them be their best. Their combined experience in business, research, teaching, and higher education have given them insight into the need for advanced training and development around essential emotional skills required for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which requires a fundamental change in the way we live, work, and relate to one another.

Learn how to enhance your EI skills, and the skills of others, using scientifically validated tools.

During this webinar, we will:

  • Discover the importance of each EI competency and demonstrate behaviors associated with emotional intelligence.
  • Learn how key EI assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0, can help to build skills and provide strategies for growth and development.
  • Explore the six training modules of EQ Connections and how they can help you develop a robust EI training program for your organization.
