Nehal Nangia is the Senior Manager for Research at the Josh Bersin Company. In this role, Nehal drives empirical research on key workforce related topics, and the development of actionable insights, tools and powerful stories for today’s talent executives. Nehal brings in 15 years of professional experience in human capital, with a focus on talent management, performance management, L&D, employment value proposition, workforce transformation, and DE&I.

In her previous roles, Nehal led deployments of benchmarking and diagnostic products at Gartner for EMEA, APAC and ANZ based clients. More recently, Nehal was the Lead Global Advisor for clients at Deloitte, where she also published several studies on pertinent topics like DE&I, performance management and bias. Nehal lives and works in India and has a master’s degree in psychology.
