Mr. Vassar has 20 years of experience with talent products and consulting supporting organizations to improve their capabilities to select candidates, develop leaders, and improve employee engagement. As VP of Product at Core Strengths, he leads the product design strategy for empowering team leaders to create winning teams based on trust, growth, and versatility. Mr. Vassar’s past product experience includes the creation of award-winning digital interview technology and several validated candidate assessment tools. He previously served as Director of Professional Services at The Predictive Index and Senior Management Consultant with Hogan. Mr. Vassar has a Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a regular contributor to talent industry conference presentations, panel discussions, and podcasts.
