Adam’s past product experience includes the creation of award-winning digital interview technology and several validated candidate assessment tools. He previously served as director of professional services at the Predictive Index and senior management consultant with Hogan. He has a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology and is a regular contributor to talent industry conference presentations, panel discussions, and podcasts.
