Mary Rose Debor is the training content specialist for LIXIL, a global plumbing manufacturer, and an avid Highspot user/advocate! She has degrees in Early Childhood/Special Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to working from LIXIL, she was an educator for over 6 six years and in Human Resources for 1 year. These experiences built her passion for learning and helping organizations empower employees to be their best selves.
