As an engineer by trade, Michael believes the same principles of engineering can be used to reimagine solutions in the learning industry.

Professionally, he’s the Director of Strategy at Maestro. His team works to evaluate new ideas and philosophies to discover how they might apply them to create more effective training for clients.

Beyond work, Michael enjoys designing learning experiences for communities he’s a part of — like volunteering to help build a bystander intervention program for college students.
