As Director, Sales Model Design and Account Management Strategy, Brad Beadles is responsible with other analysts for the identification, development, and landing of the Microsoft EPG Sales Model on a worldwide basis. Furthermore, Brad is also the Worldwide Discipline Owner for Account Management, as well as the Role Owner for the AM–Major and AM-Corporate roles. This responsibility encompasses items such as Readiness, Compensation Design, Commitment Setting, and Segmentation for the Account Managers at Microsoft. An experienced technology sales professional, Brad joined Microsoft in 1999 as an Account Manager in Academic, State and Local Government, Corporate, Major, and Global accounts. In 2010, Brad was awarded Microsoft’s Circle of Excellence Award, which recognizes overall excellence at Microsoft on a corporate-wide basis
