Vice President of Solutions, KZO Innovations

Jeff works at KZO Innovations, a software development company he co-founded in 2007. He serves as vice president of solutions and plays a key role in select strategic accounts and corporate development activities. He is an expert in interactive streaming media technologies and was a member of the development team for KZO's technology. Prior to KZO Innovations, Jeff founded KZO Webcasting; since 2003, the company has produced hundreds of global webcasts ranging from events in the White House for the president to film festivals in Hollywood. Jeff has a BS in information technology with a concentration in information security and network administration from George Mason University.

Maria Leggett is the director of learning design for sales, care, and technical operations for the residential line of business at Time Warner Cable. In this role, she leads an instructional design team to develop new strategies and approaches to increase employee performance and align learning with business goals. Maria works daily to create better experiences for learners by implementing enterprise learning solutions with emphasis on performance support and virtual, social, and mobile learning. Utilizing education and skills in instructional design, technology, project management, and process improvement, she has a breadth of experience to develop new strategies and approaches for learning. She is a member of the Chief Learning Officer and Workforce Management Business Intelligence Board, and is a frequent conference speaker and panelist.
