Sara Hopkins is the senior director of custom learning solutions at Paradigm Learning. In this role, she leads a team of instructional designers to bring custom solutions to a variety of clients. Sara has a particular focus on onboarding implementations. She was the lead developer of the Passport to Protiviti game, working closely with a team of Protiviti subject matter experts, project stakeholders, and other instructional designers and consultants.
Sara has led the design of custom solutions or facilitated sessions for J.P. Morgan Chase, Merck, eBay, PayPal, Covidien, Anheuser Busch InBev, AMITA, Mercy Health, and many other organizations. She has been with Paradigm for five years. Before Paradigm, Sara worked in book publishing as a literary agent and consultant in New York, Chicago, and London. She is a graduate of New York University.
Jessica Harrison is a director on Protiviti's human resources team, focusing on developing programs that drive engagement within the company's global workforce. Jessica has global leadership experience in the talent management space, working in both Australia and the United States. Jessica has spent the last several years at Protiviti focusing on strategic projects within the people space. Major projects include the rollout of Protiviti's Passport to Protiviti onboarding program, which leads new hires through a yearlong integration program. Jessica also developed Protiviti's first successful Fortune application, which landed Protiviti in the Top 100 Best Places to Work listing.
Michelle Ratcliffe is Protiviti's global learning and development leader and is a director on Protiviti's human resources team. Michelle partners with senior executives to identify development needs and organizational change and transformation needs, and creates talent development strategies and solutions that support the business objectives. In her role Michelle focuses on creating memorable and valuable development experiences for Protiviti's people, and on cultivating and championing the unique Protiviti culture. Michelle is recognized for creating award-winning and innovative learning solutions, developing effective curriculum and professional development models, and for infusing leading learning techniques. Michelle has more than 25 years of experience as a successful and innovative talent development leader in the professional services and software development industries. Prior to joining Protiviti, Michelle was a talent development leader at Deloitte in the global Deloitte consulting and national industry practices and an education and documentation leader at Dun & Bradstreet Software.
