George Newman

Professor of Management and Marketing, Yale School of Management

George Newman is an associate professor of marketing and management at the Yale School of Management. He also holds affiliated appointments in the department of psychology and the department of cognitive science at Yale University.

He is an expert in consumer behavior and consumer decision-making. His recent work focuses on questions related to the concepts of authenticity, identity, and the self. He has published more than 50 articles in leading scholarly journals, and his research has been featured in popular media outlets such as the New York Times, Scientific American, the Wall Street Journal, and the Economist. He has led seminars on various marketing and management topics for senior executives in North America and Asia.


David Pramer
David Pramer

Director, Client & Curriculum Development, Yale School of Management

David Pramer is a director within Yale’s Executive Program, where he specializes in developing programs that deliver transformational changes by combining educational sessions with experiential activities to practice and solidify learning focused in real-world situations. He leverages Yale’s faculty to teach on subjects including leadership, management, culture, personal reflection, decision making, ethics and integrity, communication, relationships, and other management-related topics. Before moving into executive programs, Dave spent two years at the Yale School of Management in the career development office as a senior associate director. There, he coached MBAs in developing a career focus and in pursuing career options. It was an excellent experience for learning how Millennials view careers and launch themselves into the workforce.

Prior to Yale, Dave spent 29 years at Accenture, the global management and technology consulting organization, and 19 of those years as a partner and managing director. Dave served 1,000 clients around the world, where he applied technology solutions to build new capabilities and transform organizations. In addition to quality assurance and ultimate delivery of all systems integration projects over $2 million, Dave was responsible for career definition, individual skill development, and organizational capability development.
 


Ryan Changcoco
Ryan Changcoco

Senior Manager, Management, Government, and Healthcare, ATD

Ryan Changcoco is the senior manager for ATD’s management, healthcare, and government content areas. He is also the program director for the ATD/Yale Foundations of Management Excellence program.

His primary responsibility is to partner with subject matter experts from all over the world to develop content in the areas of management development, leadership, and healthcare training and administration. Prior to working at ATD, Ryan served as a business consultant for several large healthcare organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield. His specialties include: project management, healthcare administration, and management consulting. Ryan received his degree in public administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
