Tatiany Melecchi is a proven global talent and development leader with more than 17 years of experience and extensive exposure to cross-cultural dynamics in North and South America and the Pacific Rim. Throughout the years Melecchi has earned several credentials including the CPLP (Certified Learning and Performance Professional) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the ICF ( International Coaching Federation), and a Certified Trainer from the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (LTEAN). She holds a master’s degree in marketing from Massey University in New Zealand. Tatiany spent 12 years studying and working in global organizations in New Zealand and the United States. She was an active board member of ATD Saint Louis Chapter and a co-lead of the LEARN Saint Louis 2013 Annual Conference. Melecchi is currently designing and delivering sales and leadership effectiveness solutions for pharmaceutical enterprises and emerging growth companies in South America.
